Open roles

• Lead installer — 5+ years experience on residential tile and metal. $38–$48/hr.
• Installer — OSHA-10, comfortable at heights. $24–$32/hr.
• Project coordinator — scheduling, permits, customer communication. $62–$78k.
• Estimator — bilingual English/Spanish preferred. $70–$95k + commission.
