How much does a new roof cost in LA?

It depends on the material, the size of the roof, access, and the condition of the decking underneath. Every roof is different, and any number given over the phone is a guess. We come out, inspect, and give you a real written quote — call (424) 624-7020.

How long does an installation take?

Asphalt: 2–3 days. Tile: 5–7 days. Metal: 4–6 days. Slate: 4–6 weeks. Weather adds time.

Do I need to be home during the install?

Not usually. We just need access to the attic on day one and day five, which can be arranged on a schedule that works for you.

Can I stay in the house during re-roofing?

Yes. It is loud, but the house is safe and dry. Pets may prefer a day elsewhere.

Do you handle insurance claims?

Every day. We document, file, and negotiate with your carrier. You pay your deductible; we handle the rest.

What about solar?

We coordinate with every major solar installer in LA. If your roof is over 12 years old, re-roof first — or you will pay to remove and reinstall panels later.

Do you offer emergency service?

24/7, 365. Average response is 90 minutes anywhere in LA County.

What is the best material for my neighborhood?

Depends on your home style, HOA rules, fire zone, and what your neighbors have. Call us and we will tell you — no sales pitch.

Is your estimate really free?

Yes. Inspection report, written quote, material samples, all free. No high-pressure close.

Are you licensed and insured?

CSLB #98039, B - GENERAL BUILDING license. $2M general liability, $1M umbrella, full workers comp.

What is a digital roof passport?

A PDF we hand you at handover: photos, materials list, warranty documents, maintenance schedule. It closes real estate deals — buyers love it.

Do you service outside LA County?

Occasionally, for repeat clients. Call us — if the job is right, we will come.
