TPO & flat systems.

Flat and low-slope roofs need a different approach entirely. We install TPO, PVC, and modified bitumen systems — all heat-welded, fully adhered, and code-compliant.

System types

• TPO — reflective white membrane, 20–25 year. Cool Roof standard.
• PVC — more chemical-resistant, used on restaurants and commercial kitchens.
• Modified bitumen — traditional, asphalt-based, good for smaller roof decks.

All systems include tapered insulation design for positive drainage where needed.
