In plain language.

Warranty language is usually designed to protect the roofer. Ours is designed to protect you. Here is what it actually covers.

Workmanship (25 years)

If anything we did — nailing, flashing, sealing, underlayment — causes a leak or failure, we return and fix it free of charge. Labor, materials, disposal. No deductibles.

Materials (up to 50 years)

Manufacturer warranties vary by product. We register every install on your behalf and keep the paperwork in your digital roof passport. If you ever need a claim, we file it — not you.

What is excluded

• Damage caused by other trades (HVAC, solar, satellite) cutting into the roof after we finish.
• Acts of God beyond what the material is rated for (a 9-inch hailstone, for example).
• Neglect — if you did not clear debris for 10 years and the gutters failed, that is on the gutters.

Transfer

The warranty transfers once to a new property owner within the original term. We file the transfer for you at no charge.
