Our install crews run one to two projects a week across Santa Monica, Brentwood, Pacific Palisades, Mandeville Canyon, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Westwood, Hancock Park, Culver City, Malibu, Pasadena, and the South Bay. Every roof is engineered for the specific microclimate — coastal salt, canyon wind, hillside slope, fire-zone exposure — not a generic "Los Angeles" default. Materials are sized, underlayment chosen, flashing detailed, and high-wind fasteners specified per the building's location and exposure class.
We pull permits at LADBS, Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Culver City, Pasadena, and every other AHJ in LA County. Title 24 cool-roof compliance documentation is included on every flat and low-slope project. HOA-compliant color/profile packages handled for every major planned community.
Roof cost depends on size, material, complexity, and deck condition. Asphalt tear-off and replacement on a typical single-family home ranges widely; premium materials (tile, metal, slate) sit in a higher band. We quote only after inspecting the specific roof — phone numbers without an inspection are guesses. Call (424) 624-7020.
Asphalt: 2–3 days. Metal standing-seam: 4–6 days. Concrete or clay tile: 5–7 days. Slate: 4–6 weeks. Weather adds time. We stage materials day-before to minimize on-property days.
Yes — every AHJ in LA County requires a permit for a re-roof or full installation. We pull it, schedule the inspection, and handle the paperwork. Un-permitted roof work voids insurance and creates title issues at sale.
Yes. It is loud but safe. We protect the interior (plastic sheeting in attic if needed) and the landscape. Pets may prefer to spend the day elsewhere.
Depends on home style, HOA rules, wildfire exposure, coastal proximity, and budget horizon. Our inspector will walk you through trade-offs on site. See also our material comparison pages and tile-vs-metal guide.
Every major LA solar installer. If your existing roof is over 12 years old, re-roof before solar — otherwise you pay to remove and reinstall panels later. See our solar-timing guide.
